You are really getting off on dominating your older brother like this. You decide to take advantage of the situation and get revenge for all the times he has picked on you, but first you need to shut him up so the neighbors won't hear. You grab a pair of his dirty socks from the floor, and a roll of duct tape.
"No, please not that!" he begs. "I wore those for days!" he seems serious, but you don't care. He is in no situation to stop you, as he is tied down to his own bed. You stuff the rank nasty socks into his open and complaining mouth, and wrap the duct tape around his furry muzzle so he cant spit them out. You worry that it may hurt to remove later, but you don't care.
Now you snap a few pics, for blackmail later, may even to force him to do this with you again. After all, what panther wants all his friends to see pictures of him tied up and helpless at the hands of his shrimpy little brother? He truly looks helpless, his ankles and wrists tightly bound together with rope, as well as the rope wrapped around his knees and torso, holding him immobile like a worm. you then have him tied down to his bed, on his stomach since he is mostly ticklish in his footpaws, and his ankles tied down to the frame under the bed so that his soft, furry ticklish feet hang off the end.
you get down to business, first sneaking a sniff at his feet, then grabbing a pen off his desk to resume tickling. you poke and prod at various areas of his dark-furred paws, then begin to draw on his ultra-sensitive soft pink paw pads. You know these marks will be here for at least a week, maybe more with how infrequently he bathes, and that only adds to the embarrassment, not to mention how much he is enjoying it. you let him rest for a moment, and sit back to decide what to do to him next.
