Bigger is better...

You throw caution to the wind and decide to go with the largest shirt you can find - these clothes are here for wearing anyway, and it's not like anything bad will happen. It's just a shirt! And a very large one, at that - it has to be at least 4 times as wide as you! You pull off your current shirt, and pull on the new one, then promptly fall through the neck hole - it's just that big. You try pulling it on a second time, and stick your arms through the sleeves to hold it up. You tuck the extra fabric into your pants. Despite its size, the shirt is actually pretty comfortable. You look ridiculous in it, though. You sigh and go to take it off when you suddenly start feeling slow and sluggish, not to mention heavier. You frown at the sensation, then realise that you're actually growing heavier - the floorboards are creaking, and your feet are starting to get sore.

You look down in confusion, and find that your gut has swollen, and is spilling over your belt like dough, taking the shirt with it. Within seconds, your normally flat stomach has grown into a rather generous beer belly, which continues to grow. Your pecs soften, then inflate into jiggling man-boobs as your chest deepens. Your shoulders broaden as well, and the shirt begins to fit you a little better - it's still extremely loose, though. Your chin doubles, and your neck disappears as your shoulders fill with fat.

Your arms and legs swell as well, and you discover that your pants and belt have grown quite tight - they'll burst any second. Your feet begin to hurt from all the extra weight, and you seat your swelling ass onto the bed. Your belt breaks, and your gut bursts outward, taking the button of your pants with it. The seams of your pants start tearing along your thighs and calves, and your pants very quickly begin to resemble a loincloth. Then you lose sight of them altogether as your stomach blocks your view.

By now, the shirt has begun to fit you rather nicely - the previously humungous garment is actually starting to get tight around your gut and chest. It continues to grow tighter as you swell, but just as it's about to break, you finally stop growing.
