You start shrinking

You see a floating image above your head. It says "You have been a very bad werewolf. You aren't supposed to eat that much, and for that you will have to be punished." You suddenly start shrinking rapidly. You look down to see the ground getting closer. After a while you're about the size of an elephant. But you keep shrinking. You start feeling your body also start changing shape. Your skin starts feeling rougher, but you focus more on your size. You're now the size of a human. You think you're finally down shrinking, but then it starts again. You become the size of a dog. Then a bird. You finally stop shrinking when you're about the size of a lizard. You look at your body to see you are indeed a small, green lizard. You feel strange and helpless.
