Off to Whirl Islands

You decide to make your new home at Whirl Islands. After flying for about an hour, you see four islands in the distance. With your knowledge of Pokemon Gold and Silver games, you choose the Northeast island.

As you approach the Northeast island, you see a giant whirlpool. You use Whirlpool to make one turning in an opposite direction. Both whirlpools fade away.

Now you can fly into the Northeast island cave. However, as you go into the cave, you see a Pokemon!
