Mrs Fergeson wants questions. You want her to use odor eaters.

After hopping around for a bit, Mrs Fergeson stops to rest in a nearby cave.

"Right!" she says, lifting the foot with you up. "I want you to tell me everything. And I mean, everything, or you'll be helping me paint my toenails for quite a while!"

And she waggles her big toe, to make herself clear.
