Matt soon has you scampering up and down the climbing frame with ease. "Very good!" he says "Now for the high wire!"
You look up and see a high rope tied across the room. Jumping up, you hang from it.
"No, no!" says Matt "That's wrong! Your toes are more prehensile now! Use your feet and you'll move much quicker!"
You swing up and grip the rope with your feet. Instantly you feel more confident and are able to quickly move across it. "Well done!" says Matt, applauding "Come back down and we'll move on to the next part of your training!"
