You never expected to see a Saturday Night Live skit performed in your bathroom . . . .

A strange look suddenly comes over Mike's face. "I am here to pump . . . you up!" he growls with a vaguely German accent, clapping his hands together one time after the word "pump." He comically flexes his biceps and poses in different positions for a moment. When he stops, he grabs the edge of the sink and leans over.

"Oooh, I don't feel so good," he groans.

"What the hell kind of pills are those?" you ask, trying not to laugh at Mike's behavior. You give in, roll on the floor, and laugh your @#$% off.
