Your hair, right down to the last follicle, changes texture to that of wolf fur. Every body hair, head hair, toe hair, and... other hair ... changes. You look at Fred and feel your hair.
"Jeeze... this is crazy." You look back at the porthole that brought you here, and run for it. You get back to Earth, but nothing changes. You're stuck like this, for now.
Fred follows you and says, "You finished? We still have to go find that girl that came through here. I think I might have a lead. Her scent doesn't smell quite human, but I think I can track it. Are you up for it or are you too freaked out? Life isn't a slow dance, dude. Choose."
