Old Firestarter

Inside the cave, you see a pile of gold. Sticking out from under the pile are two huge dragon feet.

Resting against one of the feet is a long dead suit of armour, and the plume is tickling the dragon's foot. That explains the laughter.

It seems this is "Old Firestarter" and he's trapped under his hoard which has fallen on top of him..
